Ved ankomsten måtte vi vente 15 min på at en receptionist ankom, og selv da, blev der ikke sagt “hej og velkommen” men udelukkende spurgt til navn og pas. Vi fik ingen info om stedet, om AC, poolen eller information om morgenmad.
