"Late check-in, staff, airport shuttle, breakfast, all was great except someone was given an access to our card room or something that tried to enter while we were sleeping. They realized the error and were no bother but intruders in the room while trying to sleep is definitely worth deducting a star in my opinion."

"The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor.
