"good quality for less money (than in saas-fee). nice location ouside Saas-almagell. free parking. our room was cold the first night, we had to wait the second night to feel warm. family clients, mainly swiss. nice paintings on walls."

"We were greeted with a kind knowledge staff member who was compassionate to the fact we were tired and disoriented in a new country. The room was heaven with a great view of the Matterhorn from our spacious balcony.. The bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of room for our luggage and clothes. Tbe bathroom seemed newly remodeled with a large vanity and nice walk in shower. The breakfast buffet was a treat! There was a variety of local breads and cheeses that we don't see much in America. There was the usual eggs, bacon, fruit, and cereal, all displayed with style. We were happy to find that were were in walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping and points of interest. Zermatt is a beautiful city and the Jagerhof hotel is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience the beauty of the Switzerland!!! "
