Supert opphold!

Det var et super fint opphold - de fleste av staffet var super hyggelig og hjelpsome. Men hadde et par som ikke var så hjelpsom når vi slet. Alt i alt et supert opphold og jeg ville ha besøkt igjen.

فندق جيد في قرية جميلة بدون أسواق .

الفندق جيد لقضاء يومين كحد أعلى ، لأنه في قرية صغيرة ولاتوجد أسواق أوبقالات . ويجب أن تحضر معك لوازمك وحاجاتك من بقالات زيلامسي ، وصالباخ قرية صغيرة لا ينفذ بعدها الطريق ، بل عليك أن تعود مع نفس الطريق الذي جئت منه . والقرية جميلة وهادئة جدًا ونادر أن ترى فيها عرب .

Aufenthalt vom 21.8 bis 23.08.2014

Das Hotel mit Wellness und Beauty sowie dem Emfang und der Bar ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer im Hauphaus auch. Man kann sich wohl fühlen. Durch die Vergabe der Zimmer im Haus Wolf im drei Sternen Komfort ist auch die Qualität des Buffets und vom Frühstück. Hier muss noch daran gearbeitet werden, einen Standart eines 5 Sterne Hauses zu erreichen. Auch ist Personal eingesetzt, daß durchaus unerfahren ist und die ausnahmslose Freundlichkeit oder wie man so schön sagt "Dienen am Kunden für den Preis in diesem Hotel" noch lernen muss. Um sich mit Service und Personal abzuheben, besonders und unvergessen zu sein sollte seitens der Leitung mehr forciert werden. Jedoch ist das Hotel ein sehr schönes Haus und ich würde wieder kommen.

Ho soggiornato nella Haus Wolf facente parte della medesima struttura. Edificio datato inglobato nel più ampio complesso a 5 stelle. Tale differenza non si comprende leggendo la descrizione nel sito Expedia e il trattamento è ben diverso.

An enjoyable weeks skiing , hotel next to main cable car and slopes, good service in reception and restaurant, half board dinners were superb
