The staff are super friendly and helpful!! The room and all the facilities are well maintained. It is a bit of a hike to the gondola but it’s fine. Would definitely return.

Alles war ausgezeichnet angenehm! Probleme gab es nur bei der Bezahlung: Wir hatten doch die Rechnungssumme bei Buchung mit Kreditkarte bei Expedia zur Zahlung angewiesen. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag bei der Abreise im Hotel angefordert. Ist das richtig? Wird der Betrag von Expedia nicht eingezogen? Geben Sie mir bitte Bescheid!!!

Perfect for a group of friends

Great all inclusive hotel. Food, wines, staff all fantastic. Great location for access to the ski lifts and local town. Staff very helpful and informative too. Good safe storage for ski's and boots. Boot rack drys and warms the ski boots overnight - bonus! Amazing pool.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten im Skigebiet

Zimmer je nach Buchung im Haupt- oder gegenüberliegenden Haus. Zwar keine neueste Einrichtung in den Silence-Zimmern, aber schönes Bad, Balkon und Zimmergröße machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Beide Hotelteile über den Keller verbunden. Dort: Sehr gepflegter Spa-Bereich mit Ruheraum im Erdgeschoss. Essen/Verpflegung üppig und gut.

Ideales Hotel für Skifahrer und Wellnessfreunde

Der Ruhebeteich im 1.Stock im Saunabereich war superschön gestaltet und wirklich ein Ruhebereich. Das Essen ist phantastisch... tolle Qualität, tolle Kreationen.. einfach nur lecker. Und auch der Service ist superfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Excellent hotel in great area

We returned to Alpinresort for the 2nd time in 3 years after enjoying it so much last time, and we weren't disappointed! It's a great hotel and has everything you could need for a holiday in the Alps. Location in the centre of Saalbach is perfect. Just a short walk from ski lifts and shops. There are also several places to visit nearby. The facilities in the hotel are excellent. The spa area has lots to offer including an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna world and quiet relaxation areas. All of which are spotlessly clean. There are 2 quiet roof terraces if you wish to sunbathe away from the pool. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The chilled drinks in the fridge (restocked daily) are great to take with you on a day walking. The food is excellent. There's a large buffet style breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, meats, cheese and freshly baked pastries. For lunch, a selection of fresh salads, soups and hot food. Dinner is superb. You will be served starters and mains with soup/salad available in between. Finally dessert and cheese. You keep the same table and waiter throughout your stay for breakfast and dinner. The staff are all excellent and extremely helpful. They all speak English too, although some much better than others. The hotel is a Joker Card partner which gives you use of a few cable cars in the area and local bus for free. It also offers a large number of other activities for free or at a discounted rate.

Lyxigt och trevligt

Hotellet ligger bra och är lätt att hitta. Det mesta ingår, parkering i parkeringshus, alla måltider, generös bar på kvällen, joker-kort sommartid så att alla linbaneåk mm blir kostnadsfria. God mat, fantastisk poolanläggning, trevlig personal. Rekommenderas!

Fint hotell, absolutt ikke mer enn 4 stjerner. Bodde her i to netter. Grei mat, men underbemannet under måltidene. Dermed måtte vi vente ganske lenge på å få mat / drikke. God service fra personalet når vi først fikk oppmerksomheten. Ble møtt av en flaske champagne når vi sjekket inn på rommet, det var en hyggelig overraskelse. God beliggenhet med kort avstand til kabelbanene rundt. Fikk jokerkortet først morgenen etter ankomst.
