"The only nice thing about this hotel is Sara at the front desk. Location is in the middle of nowhere, can’t walk anywhere. You can have conversations through the walls. The Cala is beautiful but not worth staying in. The beds were like rocks. I left early as this was an unpleasant stay. "

"This is a great holiday to keep the kids entertained (which is mostly what we wanted). The food was good and tasty. I felt spoilt with the huge amounts of red prawns on offer almost every night. The pools are fantastic, the lifeguards on patrols were amazing at keeping everything fun and safe. The playground is also great we used it a couple of times in the evening. The complex is big - we stayed in block 42 - and had no trouble getting around. The location setting is beautiful - fantastic...

"Séjour très agréable. L'appartement était dans un état de propreté impeccable, la déco un peu vieillissante mais le cadre de l'hôtel fait vite oublier ce petit détail. Personnel discret, disponible et très sympathique. Adresse que nous retenons et si nous revenons a Majorque nous y reprendrons un appartement. Mention spéciale également aux personnels qui entretiennent les extérieurs : toujours souriants et gardent le parc très propre. Idem pour le maître nageur, toujours souriant. "

"We checked in very late had a wonderful welcome with Marcelo ( sorry if I have your name wrong) very friendly and professional. After a long journey the hotel smelt sweet like a spa and the facilities were spotless. We had a wonderful room memory foam mattress and a great night sleep! We also like the decor very much Only stayed one night but was very impressed will definitely return 5 stars "

"Not quite as the photos appear Have tried very hard with the pretty Ibiza/boho aesthetic, but it’s a bit of a DIY version. Paint marks, broken hooks etc Toilet, shower and sink ‘in’ the bedroom, so no privacy or chance to not disturb each other. Built on to the street, split into two halves across a road.The cars whizz by as you sunbathe, and the pool is cold. Spa - very expensive considering the hotel isn’t as 5* as it presents. Yoga etc only on limited days. Limited inside, changing rooms...

"We had a sea view. The view of Cala Ferrara from our room was absolutely stunning. Recommend sea view The only thing we did not like was the limited amount of lounges. We saw some towels in lounges all day with no one - perhaps hotel should have a policy of removing unoccupied chairs after an hour and a half. Also we saw many glasses broken in the hard tiles. It was cleaned up but the risk of cut feet in a missed piece was worrisome"

"Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt Bacon und Rührei waren beim Frühstück oft kalt. Ansonsten war das Essen aber lecker."
