"The place is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
There is only one air conditioner in the main bedroom, and there isn't one in the living room. However, there is a portable fan, so it never felt too hot.
The staff are a bit unfriendly, but that's something I could overlook.
The biggest downside is the Wi-Fi. It disconnects so frequently that it's almost unusable. This is definitely something that needs to be improved."

"The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. "

"We had a terrible experience with this place!
1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this!
2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it!
3. We found the apartment missing kitchen utensils (no plate, no forks, no spoons); we complained several times and we were finally given these items on day 4!
4. The trash bin was not...
