"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. "Did not feel safe here. “Restaurant” consisted of microwaved pizza or pasta - there is no kitchen. This place is more like a hostel. Tiny room. Dark hallway off of the parking lot, up a flight of stairs was the “reception”. Unsavoury characters hanging out in lobby tried to corral my 78 year old mom outside at night. "Me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we haven’t got one complaint, the room, hotel and the view was amazing. Everything was so clean and the customer service was outstanding and helpful. They also had a great bar with loads of choices or drinks and a lounge area, it’s a great place to stay and have a relaxing time away. So happy with our stay and will definitely be going back! "
