The hotel boasts a complimentary breakfast which was as good as any I’ve had in Ireland. The bar/pub/restaurant was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Skibberreen is a hidden gem in West Cork, and if you ever chose to travel there, The West Cork hotel is the place to stay."
