"I had a great overall experience at this resort. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There were plenty of activities available, which kept things fun and engaging every day. The beach area was especially nice—it felt almost private and was well set up, making it a great place to relax. The only area that could use improvement is the food. While it was decent, I think the resort could enhance the experience by offering a wider variety of high-quality international dishes to better accommodate guests from different backgrounds. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back! 4 star resorts I would say"

"I went in mid-late April. It wasn't overly crowded, which I liked. Good food, especially the fare at Pier 8 restaurant. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable and varied. My only (negative) comment: Three of us were stuck in an elevator for over 10 mins. However, that wouldn't deter me from re-visiting Moon Palace. As far as All-Inclusives go .... I'd say it is good value for money. "

"Stayed from Friday night to Monday morning. They offer a very tasty complimentary Jamaican breakfast, but the portions are small. The coffee was excellent (best blue mountain peak coffee I've tasted at a hotel). The room was small but clean, and offers a kitchenette with a full sized refridgerator! Overall, a decent experience.
