"Clean room, staff was very helpful"

"The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. Some of the bathroom fittings/radiator etc are a bit dated, considering this was a deluxe room. The armchairs in our room need upholstered or replaced. "

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families travelling with dogs. We stayed with our family and two large dogs, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating — it’s clear they genuinely understand what guests with pets need. There was plenty of space, and we never felt uncomfortable or restricted with our dogs. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-organised, and family-friendly, which made the whole stay relaxing and enjoyable. It’s not always easy to find a place that comfortably accommodates larger dogs, but this hotel does it effortlessly. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling with family and pets."

"Great room, clean and perfect location for the airport. Most staff lovely but a couple seemed really put out with our being there. Bar area and food are fine but super busy and not enough staff. Overall great and would stay again, just wish they had happier staff!"
