"They charged me for breakfast as two persons and I emailed them, send them messages on their phone but they never got back to me. Very poor breakfast options. The cup for coffee is ridiculously small. No one came to clean the room during my stay. Access to the building, elevator, corridor going to your room, your room is either through codes or your phone which is very inconvenient. "Habitación limpia y moderna, personal muy amable y rápido check in, la cocina totalmente equipada, se agradece que cuente con AC, solamente agregaría que no nos ofrecieron la botella de vino que anuncian en la reservación. "Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up.
