"The location is stunning . The room was ok apart from the bathroom smelled. Some of the improvements were ok . When you order a £35 pound ribeye a steak knife should be placed on the table Would have liked some ketchup, nobody to ask same for breakfast.disappointed that they don’t except cash . Drinks are overpriced & if your serving Guinness put it in a Guinness glass & fill it to the top not a 3” head. Would I stay again YES definitely. It’s nice staying somewhere where you’re not worrying if your vans safe."

"Room was newly decorated comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was fine but not much variety. Staff in hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful but some gym/pool staff were fixated on their phones and not as helpful to visitors! Not enough locker keys for visitors to loan which for the pool."

"Breakfast was good although kept running out of water, glasses for fruit juice which was watered down. Ran out of grilled tomatoes and didn’t replenish,had to put marmalade in a cereal bowl as there was no other option to transfer it to the table "
