"Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Personal empfangen. Trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten, die wir hatten, hat man uns doch alles sehr gut erklären können. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Das gesamte Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Auch die Betten waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichlich mit großer Auswahl. Wir können es weiter empfehlen "

"Sauber, Ordentlich, Zweckmäßig auch für Tagesreisende. Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt leider nicht täglich und am Wochenenede gar nicht. Frühstück ist ausreichend aber vor 8:15 Uhr das totale chaos. Mittagessen und Abendessen sind im vergleich zu umliegenden fußläufigen Gaststätten doch sehr teuer. Speisekarten gibt es auch in Deutsch, Wenn man als Familie kommt kann man auch in den Gasträumen Spiele und Karten spielen. Ab 11 Uhr sind die Gasträume mit Kellnerinnen besetzt die...

"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"Staying in the castle complex was amazing. We got to see everything in the complex- the all items day ticket was great- staying in the complex allowed us to do all. Breakfast was laxurious! Rooms with the view of castle, and ability to walk to the view point at sunset ! The park is amazing too. Got to see bighorns around sunset! Recommend! "

"Nettes Personal, sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnungen. Die Anlage ist kinderfreundlich -Kinderpool, Indoorspielplatz, Sandspielplatz etc. Pool und Sauna sind sehr sauber bis bis 22:00 offen. Besuch mit Kindern ist bis 20:00 erlaubt. "

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."
