"This is a terrific place to stay. It's all digital and the check-in, check-out and all other processes rolled off perfectly. Our various questions were answered promptly (in whatsaap). The room, kitchen, bathroom and sitting area were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"We loved the breakfast. Lots of variety and great quality. The room was spacious and bathroom was nice and private which seems like a rarity these days. The air conditioning didn't really work and we weren't able to get another room until the next day at which point we were exhausted and didn't feel like moving. We used a portable fan provided to us. The only other glitch was not having a take away breakfast provided early when we requested it because the front desk staff entered it on the wrong day so we got a couple not great sandwiches given to us. Aside from that, service was mostly good. We almost didn't love being directed to a self service kiosk to check in after a 30+ hour overseas trip. Something to consider as it didn't feel like a choice and it should be. We did enjoy our stay overall and the train station and other transportation are extremely convenient."
