It was great that you had a friend egg or omelette station at breakfast but it was next to where waffles or gluten was handled and same person was handling both so our celiac kid was unable to have the eggs. It was nice you had gluten free cake today but it was next to gluten cake that was above it and below it on same serving display. the same serving spoon was used and the gluten free cake had crumbs of gluten on it. "
