"The property was better (and even larger) than we expected. Very spacious and clean. The host and staff were exceptionally prompt with their responses and extra attentive to our requests. We enjoyed a terrific breakfast by the garden pool, which was a nice quiet oasis inside the city. The overall location of the property was also ideal - convenient to all parts of Nairobi, yet also a quiet island that served as a peaceful escape from the busy city life. "I booked it for 2 people. Only 1 towel. Most of the cupboards had 1 hinge hanging of. Only 1/4 of 1 toilet roll and no coffee or tea sachets on arrival (that would of been a small nice gesture). Nothing to dry the washing up of kitchen plates e.t.c or utensils. Confusion about lift key on arrival as it could not be found. Location and site was excellent tho."
