"The Leela Palace Jaipur is an amazing hotel. The property is stunning, service is wonderful and the rooms are a beautiful. We enjoyed the pools, the gym and did the morning yoga classes. We stayed here on our trip to Jaipur with our children and we all found it to be a top class hotel ans among the best ones we were stayed in in India. "Didn't have a great experience checking in. There were three of us travelling and we had two bottles of alcohol that were purchased from duty free at the airport. The bottles were wrapped and unopened and we did not intend to open them, they were gifts to take back home. The security guard who was checking our bags through the scanner said we were only allowed one bottle per room. He also lied and told another staff member that we had four bottles. "Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). "

"Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here! "This property is next to Hilton hotel near the highway in Kukas. It's a small hotel/motel with small rooms, no lift for higher floor, no concierge services etc. (as you might see in description). Also, don't go by the pictures or the video or even by the name, as it is not at all a 'palace'. "
