"It was a beautiful hotel within walking distance to the South side ballroom where we were attending a concert. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

They have yet to complete a full conversation or by chat ,virtual, or by phone to refund my money. Any i didn't check in nor even stayed 1 night. The Property Manager was so Rude and Unconsderate .!!!! DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT !!!! WITH THIS SITE AND PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BECAUSE THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. DON'T DO IT. ITS MONEY THEY QUICKLY TAKEN AND NOT SO WILLING TO QUICKLY RETURN IT. I WILL NEVER QUICKLY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!"
