"The check in was done on an iPad but it did not recognize my name. I tried it over ten times, with other possibilities, like last name, first name, middle name, different dates of stay, but nothing worked. I had to reach out by email and waited for someone to respond with help. I did not like the 4 parking spaces available. They were all occupied sometimes, so it made it difficult to park. I had a Ferrari, so I didn’t want to park it on the street. Yes, the place was very nice, but would I book...

"The manager did not respond to multiple attempts to reach him regarding the dryer not working. It’s important to understand that this is not a true hotel room or property, but extended stay apartments where long-term tenants reside in the same buildings as rooms that are rented for shorter stays. This caused an issue because our kids disturbed a downstairs neighbor while they were simply playing. There was no information left on how to dispose of trash, so we drove around with trash bags until...

"The apartment it self was nice and cozy until you see the roaches. My family and I left early because of it. The directions were not accurate and the ability to get into the apartment was difficult. While trying to find the correct building we saw that the breezeways of the buildings were littered and nasty. I rather deal with a hotel than this. "

"Bottom line, would I stay here again? Yes, now that I've been through the check in process but that was an absolute headache the first time around. Also, apartment complex isn't very well kept up on the outside. Walkways were very dirty and the area was a bit run down. The inside of the apartment was pretty clean though and I had no issues with anything inside and it was a comfortable stay. The issue with check in is A LOT of miscommunication. First off, the address repeatedly given to me in...

"We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above. We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). On Sunday morning (day #2), we found a boot on our car & had to pay two hundred to get it removed. A few cars had boots on them as well. I believe the area is owned by Landing. I don't think the...

"I had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely book again. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt very comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing.
