Just came back from an amazing 3 night stay! The hotel is beautiful with the most amazing views. The rooms are lovely and spacious and particularly liked the under floor heating and the views over the forest. The breakfast was great, lots of selection and the omelettes were the best I’ve ever had! They also had a good selection of gluten free options which was much appreciated. The location was great as only a short drive to Rovaniemi town and Santa Clause Village. It is right next to the Ounasvaara ski resort. Another highlight of the hotel was going in the hot tub with the views over the forest and the sauna.

housekeeping service was very bad they didnt clean the room and fix rhe room properly linen was super dirty but they didnt changed they didnt put tea bags n all room no slippers in room ….reception people are also ok they r also not so copperative didnt give any room service food n all we asked they denied only opstion is go to reception lobby they not cooperative ….. resort is really nice i like the view n all rooms everything was good but service is bad….

Emplacement éloigné du centre, très calme, avec un vue incroyable depuis la chambre sur la forêt enneigée ! La chambre était confortable, avec un chauffage au sol très appréciable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits frais. Le buffet du dîner, bien qu’avec peu de choix pour un buffet n’était composée que de plats frais aussi, et excellents ! Bref, nous retournerons avec plaisir dans ce resort, qui ne va aller qu’en s’améliorant puisqu’il n’avait ouvert que depuis 2 mois lors de notre séjour.
Chaque chambre est un petit chalet individuel orienté vers le nord, idéal pour apercevoir des aurores boréales… si le temps le permet

Splendido resort in cima ad una piccola montagna. Il silenzio è quasi assoluto e ci si può rilassare appieno. Una palestra o una SPA potrebbe essere la ciliegina sulla torta.
