"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...

"Not stating the truth on their booking site. Driver does not operate airport as mentioned. Nightshift receiption Guard leaves a late arrival exposed to dangers of the thiefs walking around. I had opened a criminal case and is awaiting this false pretences of services to be handles by a criminal court. Plus when l arrive on this booking "my booking was cancelles without any notice and again the same business and now other employes try to coverup the crime of the case l made and police said...

"The place is a dump and is full of indignant persons. It was totally unsuitable for our needs and we didn't stay 1 night. When we asked to cancel and get a refund we were told that this will not happen. Will never use Hotel app ever again "
