Fantastic boutique hotel. Amazing views, wonderful pool, sumptuous breakfast and very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Will definitely return on next visit to Provence!

What a lovely and very special place Hotel La Cle des Champs is ! It’s truly a gem. It was our first time visiting the Luberon Valley, and though each day was packed with new places to visit, and fabulous sites to see - we truly envied the guests that chose to linger and relax at this charmingly beautiful spot. Armelle and Renee have made every detail special and the property is superb. We can’t wait to return!

A aucun moment je ne me suis exprimé aussi négativement pourtant nous voyageons souvent le statut hôtel.com pourrait l attester mais la c est hors normes outre le tarif largement au dessus de celui pratiqué pour ce type d hôtel mais que nous avons accepté près de 290 euros la nuit avec petit dej pour un 3etoiles ,les prestations et le comportement des responsables est révoltant on nous propose un grand lit et nous nous retrouvons avec deux lits une place rapprochés ,l accès à la piscine n est autorisé que de 8h30 à 19h30 alors qu en plein été la nuit tombe à 22h et qu on pourrait profiter de celle ci à la fraîcheur ,pas de restauration le week end nous sommes à 3km du plus proche village et quand nous grignotons au bord de la piscine la propriétaire vient nous demander de quitter l hôtel aussitôt sans nous avoir indiqué qu il était interdit d amener quelque nourriture que ce soit sur la terrasse,ce que nous refusons bien entendu chambre déjà payée ,le comportement est purement inqualifiable et sa mise sur le site devrait certainement etre réétudiée .Au futurs clients potentiels bon courage

L'endroit est magnifique !…

Tout avait l'air parfait, jusqu'au moment de notre départ, ma femme étant malade ce matin là, nous n'avons pris qu'un déjeuner à la place des deux commandés lors de notre réservation. Nous avons malgré tout payé les deux petit déjeuner. Cela n'a pas été bien grave, sauf que nous pensions revenir pour un petit séjour prochain et ce ne sera pas le cas...dommage.

Havre de paix

Séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes. Farniente au calme face aux ocres du Roussillon entrecoupé de ploufs dans la piscine. Au calme dans la nature et à deux pas des sites touristiques. De belles chambres avec terrasse privative. Un petit déjeuner copieux, des hôtes accueillants avec de bons conseils comme le resto le piquebaure. On recommande ! Merci à vous deux et à une prochaine fois.

What did we like? Everything. The setting is wonderful, the facilities excellent and the service outstanding. We were fortunate to be there on a night the owners cooked and it was fantastic. If they are cooking on a night yu stay, definitely take advantage of it.

The Hotel is quite isolated although a good location as a base to tour by car. We as a couple stayed 3 nights although two would have been sufficient to check out local villages. By default ended driving a lot more than planned to visit the area. So just buying water is not easy to find a shop anywhere. No fridge in the standard room which we booked so no option to just buy and cool some water. Asked the hotel if they could accommodate perhaps chilling some water for us answer was no. If you upgrade to a superior room you get a fridge apparently. Arrived at hotel after a long drive 1.30pm to check in. Official checkin was 3pm. Requested if we could just sit by the pool? Answer was no as being cleaned apparently. Didn't want to sit in it just sit on a lounger and chill until the room was ready. Felt owners weren’t bothered about accommodating our request. Day two breakfast time, arrived at the table 10.10 requested breakfast for two Answer finished. I had to remind they advertised until 10.30 reluctantly agreed to allow us breakfast. Don't want to sound too negative here but there were a few more issues, but do not expect welcoming customer service. Just let me say if you like rules and less welcoming customer service this place is for you!

Très belle propriété mais .........beaucoup de mais!!! À savoir : ils n'acceptent pas les enfants ce que je ne savais pas à mon arrivée avec mon fils ...... et ce qui est bien-sûr illégal : article 225-1 et 225-4 du code pénal.........l'accueil a été très froid , limite désagréable. Ils se prennent pour un 5 étoiles alors qu'ils n'en ont que 3 et encore ça les vaut limite.

WHAT A VIEW!! The rooms are a little dated but in a very charming way. Everything is clean and all amenities are provided, including a hair dryer. The terrace and pool are large, inviting and well maintained, The view from the terrace is hard to beat. The traditional breakfast is fresh and tasty and getting to dine on the terrace while looking across the valley to Roussillon is a real treat. They do serve dinner for for an additional fee but our plans didn't allow for us to take advantage of it, but I wish they had. It smelled delicious. Our only complaint is that we didn't plan a long enough stay to take advantage of the gorgeous and tranquil setting. We were touring too much and did not enjoy this ideal place to relax like we should have.
