"Great stay, room was comfortable and clean, hotel was in a quiet and peaceful area. Pool was nice and the poolside bar was a bonus. Complimentary breakfast was great. Everything needed was close by. No complaints from me!"

"Fantastic location in heart of Matala. Hotel reception very helpful and assisted us with some printing. Breakfast adequate. Room ok handy to have a small balcony, very clean. Bar was a bit lacking - no-one to serve even though the bar staff were sat nearby and did not get up to serve me. When I came back 10 minutes later I got served. However when I tried to take my drink back to my room it was no-go, staff appeared from everywhere telling me I couldn't. So had to put my drink in a paper cup."

"Amazing place if you want traditional housing and don't mind mountainous roads and you plan to travel into town from the village for eating out. The one taverna that serves food only opens at 2000 and isn't open every day. When they are open though they have Amazing food and the waitress was amazing as well. There's places to get groceries if you want to cook for yourself."

"Very clean, bathroom was spotless. A few days before arriving, my flight changed to a later departure, so I knew I wouldnโt arrive until after 10pm. The staff responded to my message promptly and was very kind to leave a key and note for me to get in. No problems driving to the place at night. The room was simple, clean and comfortable except for the bed which was very hard. I went out early to explore and planned to have breakfast when I came back around 9am, but when I returned to the property there was no staff or breakfast to be found."

"The family that owns this property is helpful, accommodating, hospitable and genuine. The room was very clean and anything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. Kitchenette with all dishes and dish soap. The beds were comfortable and tidy. The grounds were well kept and full of flowers and fruit trees. They even provided aloe from a personal plant when I got sunburned! There is a clothes washer in room. And there is private parking which is a HUGE plus. The family couldn't be nicer! We will definitely stay here again."

"The room was modern and spacious, balconies with a sea & mountain view. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with hot & cold choices, great coffee! Staff superb. Guests friendly with kind hearts. My wife was surprised when two Dutch couples presented her with a small gift, singing Happy Birthday on her birthday. Parking on site. Close to all amenities. Shout out to Anna & Constantina."
