Victoria welcomed us with genuine friendliness, gave us a thoughtful tour of the hotel, and provided clear and helpful information about the surroundings. It immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The room was elegant and very comfortable, with a genuine classic style that perfectly fits the historic character of the building. Everything felt calm, tasteful, and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The view is beautiful, the breakfast menu is well prepared, and the buffet is generous and carefully arranged. The service was outstanding. Olga and Andrea were both warm, attentive, and caring, turning breakfast into a truly pleasant daily experience. The hotel’s location is superb, quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring Prague. Check-out was simple, smooth, and efficient. We truly enjoyed staying in this well-preserved historic building. It allowed us to feel and breathe the gracefulness of Prague in a very special way. The location of the hotel meant transport links were easy with a large shopping centre nearby. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day with the air conditioning adjustable to the right temperature. I was very satisfied with our stay and overall visit to Prague."

"This is an amazing hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE!! My best friend and I stayed there for 7 days our first time in Prague and it was such a wonderful experience. Public transportation is just feet away and they have this cute convenience store next door. We will definitely be staying here again! "
