"Location location location! 10 minute walk from the central station, and a 20 minute walk to the cruise terminal! Perfect location for a short stay when getting on a cruise. "Everything are nice. Except the bathroom floor . I believe it had been cleaned, , but the area in front of the commode with spots of urine stains , I bet no cleaner can wipe them off, it need a different floor covering material!!!!"

"The accommodation is featured within a ship cabin room with modern comforts. The room that I stayed was big, suitable for two guests. The hotel provides shuttle van to Rijnhaven metro station, only learnt that on third day though. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay!"

"Fantastic location if you’re boarding a cruise ship in Rotterdam…literally right across the street. The downside: The front entrance is a set of wide and treacherous concrete steps with no handrail. Danger awaits schleping your suitcases up these 5-6 steps, especially for older folks like me (75). There is no other way to access the hotel. Rooms were fine and bed comfortable.
