I really like this hotel. It is very good for the family. I Will be back again. The owner is lovely. Location is excellent very close to McDonald. The three bedroom suit is very big and spacious and clean
We really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend for a get a way

Located conveniently.
It took about 30 minutes to check in because the room was not ready even after 2:30 pm.
Even though they knew I was wrongly charged more than should be (about $20) they would not correct it or wave it for the cost ($20) of a baby cot, which I had to pay it there as an extra.
The 2 bedroom was way smaller than on their ads., dark, smelly, and dated.
Definitely an over-priced accommodation and not going back.

The bed was so comfortable! Definitely felt like a very luxurious experience. Big thank you to Helen at reception - so warm and friendly. She really made us feel special.

I had a room where 3 of the 5 walls were full windows to the walkway to all the rooms. This gave a lot of light and good views, but also meant anyone could see into the room, so I mostly just shut all the curtains the whole time. Parking was very good, and the room was very large. Shower in bathroom was set up as a jacuzzi-shower, so there wasn't walls keeping the water in the tub very well. Staff was friendly and provided amenities even upon late arrival

Liked large in-room tub and the spacious bathroom.
Kitchenette was small and without a stove.
Room had several flies buzzing around because the windows have no screens. Unable to get rid of them.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and had convenient amenities such as a kitchenette, (cold) air conditioning, all the necessary toiletries, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The curtains had seen better days, there was peeling paint in the bathroom, and other signs of wear and tear. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, pretty good place for a budget price. We stayed 3 nights and were fine with it.

A nice motel close to downtown. It was about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area. It did smell pretty strongly of sulfur, but that's just because it's close to the hot pools. The indoor hot tub was fun.

The hotel was nice, a bit dated in the bathroom and could use a new couch in our unit. Overall was good, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was small, but had what we needed to eat breakfast in suite.

The location was great, not far from the centre of town. We chose pay at the property on expedia, however, they took 1st night accomm 2 days prior without telling us. They also took final payment before we even checked in as we were running late due to late flight.

We booked into silver fern so we could have a 2 bedroom unit for my wife & my self & our best friend & her daughter, the unit was wonderfully equipped and the spa bath was a luxury. We slept very well in a comfortable bed in a nice quiet room with great blackout curtains.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great.
Property is a bit dated, but generally clean ( just some stains on the couch and the roofing outside where the spa is located could do with a waterblast.
Bed was super comfy, shower pressure was amazing!
Lovely to have a private spa.
Cannot fault the staff, from check in to when we left they were friendly and helpful.
There was a disturbance on our first night with some other guest and police were called.
This was out of the owners hands and he came to aplogise the next day, which was lovely.
Would definitely book again
