" **Dates of Stay: 8-10 March 2024** Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rotorua from 8th to 10th March 2024. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we noticed that the bathroom and balcony were not as clean as we expected. However, the front desk staff took immediate action and had these areas cleaned promptly, which we greatly appreciated. They also surprised us with complimentary welcome drinks at the bar while sending the cleaner to our room. This thoughtful gesture made my birthday celebration a truly memorable one. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service throughout our stay was excellent, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and pleasant. Despite the initial cleanliness issue, the prompt response from the staff and the complimentary gesture during my birthday celebration made our stay exceptional. "Excellent location, you can walk close by to cafe & bar and not have to worry about driving. Carpark was always available to us. Close to all amenities. Room, beds, pilloes comfy. Only querral would be i had to go to reception and ask to top up milk, coffee for our room. Would definarrly be back."

"We stayed in the cabin with a private kitchen. It came with towels, pots, pans, dishware and cutlery, fridge, microwave and hotplates to prepare food. Our stay was amazing. We loved the hot pool and the location. The cabin had heating and was warm (very cosy). The shared bathrooms were clean, with a hairdryer for ladies. Not sure if there were any dishes in a shared kitchen. Easy check in/out experience, very nice staff in reception. We'll be returning."
