셀프체크인으로 운영되는 형태라 집이 관리가 잘 안됨. 다른 여행객이 내 방을 쓰고 있었고 화장실 및 거실에 모기가 엄청 많았음. 세탁은 무료라 좋았으나 집에 대한 전반적인 관리가 필요함.

Perfect location

Excellent location. Easy check in Clean Cereals, toast and jams freely available and tea and coffee. Hot tub a nice place to sit and relax, wonderful view of the lake.

Ideally situated for hospital or town in a quiet area with stunning view of the lake; just 5 mins walk to town centre. Small room and en-suite, but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and quality bedding. The only drawback for us was the creaky floorboards above when occupants walked around - but their bedtime was similar to ours! Highly recommended and very good value- we’ll be back

Couldn't contact property via the number given or via Wotif. The phone on the wall didn't work at the front door. Called another number listed at the front door to gain access. Front door doesn't close properly which made us feel insecure as it's a share house, not individual apartments as promoted. Mat in hallway made it impossible to roll bags to our room. Breakfast was OK, frozen bread doesn't bother us but may do to others. There were 5 long life milks of which 4 were open. Breakfast was complimentary which was nice but maybe should be checked more often. Owner was pleasant and understanding that I didn't receive an email about access. Property is located in a very dangerous spot. Street parking if you don't get in quick, which I was worried about cars side swiping our car as they came around the corner. Room was comfortable, but shared facilities are dated. Free washing machine and dryer which would be handy. Lighting didn't work down the side of the property.

Schöne Unterkunft mit 3 Zimmern und Gemeinschafts-Wohnbereich. Zimmer war sauber, das Bett etwas klein. Schöne Terrasse mit Whirlpool, gute Lage in Rotorua.

When booking this you need to be aware that it's a bit like a hotel room in that the room is just a bedroom, with an ensuite, off a corridor and has no outlook at all. Everything else is in the communal area, that you share with guests in the other 2 bedrooms, including the lounge sit down area, dining space, outdoor area & views to the lake, refrigerator, kitchen etc etc. Room was nice and clean with good standard of bed and bedding and was comfortable. Shower has soap but no shampoo etc. Perfect accommodation to book the 3 bedrooms for a ladies weekend or similar as then you'd have the whole place all to yourselves with the very large communal area and facilities.

Highly recommended, nicely decorated!

This was a lovely, clean, self-service apartment/lodge. Plenty of room in the main area for multiple guests to hang out without getting in each others' way, great view over the lake, and all amenities you could need. Room and en-suite were great, and decor all over was really nice. Also, it was in an absolutely perfect location for our purpose. Really good place to stay, I would recommend it to any couples/friends/small groups.
