"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. This wasn't mentioned at check-in / booking and makes very little sense for Expedia customers who may have pre-paid their room. Having traveled through multiple...

"Tolles Hotel in den Bergen mit super freundlichem Service und leckerem Essen. Viele Alm/Hüttenwanderungen direkt vom Hotel aus. Das Frühstück Buffet sehr gut und sehr sauberes Hotel mit perfekter Sonnenterrasse wo man die hausgemachten Torten geniessen kann. Wir kommen bald wieder. "
