for many years. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made sure our stay was good. We were there in March so it was not busy. The breakfast was lovely! We would definitely stay there again! Make sure you do the Night Watchman tour - it was an excellent way to end the day in Rothenburg!"

"This hotel is lovely! The rooms are rustic, quiet, and clean, and the hotel staff are lovely! I checked in after hours and the instructions for me to get my room key were clear and easy to follow. The breakfast in the morning was good, the staff was absolutely lovely, and they kindly stored my luggage after check out until I left for my train a few hours later. A great spot! "
