Lobby and staff were very welcoming. Check-in was brief but efficient and facilities were clean and easily accessible. Room layout was terrific as they were both large and well furnished with plenty of storage and excellent lighting. Bed was quite comfortable and room a/c quiet and effective. Overall a pleasure to stay.

The property is clean and feels new. Unfortunately, we selected the Holiday Inn Express based on the pool, as we are road-tripping with kids. The pool is closed for maintenance. We literally paid twice as much for this property because of the pool so we are disappointed. The staff was not apologetic and didn’t attempt to make up for the problem.

The staff was so friendly! Breakfast was good in the morning. The hotel was in a good location too. The room was a decent size. We were in the 2 queen beds with a pullout and it was enough room for our family of 8. Only a bit of a tight squeeze!

I work for an airline that covers North South America, the Caribbean, and Western Europe so I stay in about 3-4 different hotels each week. This is a good hotel. Clean, modern, attentive and helpful staff. Good, safe location in town with many things within walking distance.

The bathtub didn't look clean. May be the surface on the bottom is the kind that still looks dirty after it has been cleaned, but it looked dirty so we didn't use it. Everything else was spotless and great.

Comfy and clean, good breakfast!
Our group had 2 rooms. Check in was great & the rooms were comfortable and clean. Our king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Will stay again next time we head to Colorado from Texas.

Excellent stay and wonderful staff! The only negative to the location is the signage is difficult to see if arriving from the north. The city of Roswell needs to trim the bushes at the street.

Newish hotel. Overall clean. Centrally located. Bathroom floors were not clean upon our arrival. Refrigerator was very noisy when compressor kicks in. Told clerk at check out and he just looked at me!! Probably will not stay there again.
