Unkomplizierter Check in und check out, frisch renoviertes Hotel. Im Nebengebäude ist der Komfort nicht so hoch, dafür haben wir anstelle eines "normalen" Doppelzimmers eine kleine Wohnung mit Küche bekommen. Kein WLAN Empfang dort, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir wollten ja Urlaub machen. Direkt an der Brücke zum Bahnhof gelegen, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und seinen Preis wert!

Zimmer im Haupthaus sehr gut, da renoviert, Sauna nicht benutzbar, da diese gebaut wurde. Darüber wurden wir weder auf der Homepage noch vor Ort informiert. Wir entdeckten es zufällig. Beim Einzug war das Zimmer nur mäßig gereinigt: Staub auf Lampen und hinterm Vorhang, Toilette nicht gereinigt, Mülleimer im Bad voll. Zimmer verfügt über keine Minibar. Kleiderschrank hübsch aber zu klein (wenig Ablagemöglichkeit in Fächern), kein Safe. Hotel nur bis 18 Uhr besetzt. Im Zimmer findet man keine Infobroschüren mit Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten, Notfallnummern des Hotels (was tun, wenn man nach 18 Uhr draußen ist und die Schlüsselkarte verliert????), Ärtze, Apotheken etc. Zimmer im Gästehaus nicht renoviert. Einfacher Standard, KEIN W-Lan (auch das wurde nicht mitgeteilt), Sauberkeit ebenfalls mangelhaft, besonders im Bad, Waschbecken defekt Parkmöglichkeiten nur gegen horrende Gebühr

Frisch renoviertes Hotel, unterschiedliche Zimmer Ausstattung mit persönlicher Note, stylisch, Sehr bequeme Betten mit Boxspring Matratze , Komfortables Badezimmer, schöner Frühstückssaal mit Blick auf den Strom, qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück u. a. mit Räucherfisch . Sehr gute Lage- 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof, direkt und zentral am Strom gelegen, Strand, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in FußWeg-Entfernung - im Hotel gibt es kein Restaurant, keine Bar, einige Zimmer im Gästehaus sind noch nicht renoviert, Saunabereich muss noch zu Ende fertig gestellt werden,. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir haben uns gefreut als eine der ersten Gäste ein paar gute Tage in einem stylischen Hotel mit super Lage verbringen zu können.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Gästehaus gebucht. Die auf der Internetseite hinterlegten Bilder zeigten ausschließlich Zimmer des neu eröffneten Hotels, ohne das irgendwo auf den deutlich niedrigeren Standard (frühe 90-er) des von uns gebuchten Zimmers verwiesen wurde. Somit fühlten wir uns erheblich getäuscht. Die von uns daraufhin angesprochene Rezeptionistin begründete dies mit der erst kürzlich erstellten und offenbar noch (gewollt?) unvollständigen Webseite. Eine Lösung wurde nicht angeboten. Das Zimmer war trotz des in die Jahre gekommenen Zustandes sauber und zweckmäßig. Einen Zimmerservice (Reinigung) gab es leider nicht. Die Lage ist zentral (ca. 100m vom Marktplatz, 300 vom Bahnhof) aber trotzdem ruhig. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zum umfassenden Erschließen von Warnemünde.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hotel Belvedere mit Ausblick zum alten Strom gebucht. Zwei Tage vor Anreise wurden wir benachrichtigt, dass wir in ein andere Unterkunft müssen. Diese entsprach leider nicht dem gebuchten Hotel und auch nicht Unseren Vorstellungen. Kein schöner Ausblick und keine Nähe zum alten Strom( weit entfernt vom alten Strom) so wie wir es gebucht und bezahlt haben. Es war leider nicht gleichwertig so wie in der Mail geschrieben wurde. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
