"Avoid! We stayed mid-Sept (2026) and were excited to try an adventure of a room 'in a pub'. It was a horrific experience and we departed early. We (3 women) had the courtyard triple room (#23). As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a dampness and a strong smell of mildew. We thought heat would help but the radiator would not turn on; we went to the bar staff (part of the problem is that there is no on-site manager to resolve issues) and the bar staff told us the heat is not turned on until...

"When we arrived, night porter very helpful.
The only issue with the room was that the main light did not work which was also connected to the bedside lamps. The breakfast is very good, I ordered poached eggs on toast my son had the small full Irish, Macrina out waitress was very polite and informative. Would definitely recommend it."

"We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived but were given a pleasant impression once we arrived inside. Clearly the owners care about their guests as the place was left super clean for us and very well equipped, including some generous goods including breakfast items and a carton of milk which was much appreciated. For these reasons I have to give huge props to those who own the caravan and put in effort to create a positive experience for their guests."
