"We had a great stay at the Best Western in Parry Sound. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The amenities were solid and the location is fantastic perfect for exploring the area. The pool could use a bit of attention, as there was some algae along the base in a few areas. Breakfast was okay, nothing standout, but it did the job. Overall, a positive experience and we would definitely return!"

"We went in the winter, so activities were very limited, but we enjoyed a relaxing stay. The saunas, hot tub and breakfast were really great. We saw many deer roaming The property. Our room was beautiful and The view of the snowy lake was gorgeous. The pub downstairs was quaint and the food was pretty good. The included breakfast was really delicious and had a great selection. A bit of a drive, but we hiked at Huckleberry lookout and Hardy lake. "

"Bed was super comfy. There was a random contact on the bathroom floor which makes me wonder on the cleanliness but seemed overall clean. "

"Everything was great, only downside was I got a balcony room with a view specifically only to find out that they lock the balconies shut during the winter so you cannot use them."

"The staff, Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special. My only complain is the bed, which is the most important part of booking a room. Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself."

"Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"
