"The Mark Spencer is always a great stay. Clean, awesome rooms, nice little gym. If you park in the garage, its a little tight but it can be done."

"My family enjoyed our stay at this property over a holiday weekend. The room was very comfortable and had good amenities. The staff was exception in responsiveness and service. We found the hotel to be well located from walking, driving, and public transportation POV. There were many popular shopping, dining, and visitor attractions in close proximity to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Portland."

"Very historic. In great restored shape. I saw a documentary on this hotel as it a an important Portland landmark. Very was co nice and responsive. Room was in perfect high end shape and very responsive and effective climate control The restaurant severed breakfast and dinner. Top notch food and friendly polite wait staff. Prices were so low, it was hard to believe. "

"The Parking situation was not ideal. But it was in the middle of downtown Portland, so to be expected. We found a close Parking garage that was under 40 bucks for the night. Loved the complimentary drinks while we waited for our room!"
