"This was a great affordable stay!! It is very small but you get what you’re paying for. The staff was very nice and considerate. There was a random sock in the drawer under the bed so i know housekeeping doesn’t look super through. Also our ipad didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t use some features but I wasn’t in the room enough for that to matter. The decorations in the hotel were so pretty!! Overall a great experience I would stay again."

"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment.
On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "

"THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN.. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELP FULL.. I DIDNT LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION.. THEY GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO PARK ON THE STREET, IF YOU DO SO YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN THE METER EVERY 2 HOURS TO AVOID GETTING A PARKING TICKET. THEY FAILED TO TELL US PARKING WAS FREE FROM 8PM TO 8AM.. ALSO DIDNT TELL US PARKING WAS FREE ALL DAY SUNDAY. THE OTHER 2 OPTIONS WERE PARK IT WITH THERE VALLET FOR $54 A NIGHT AND YOU CAN COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE....

"It wasn’t bad, just mediocre as far as amenities. The rooms have a fridge, small coffee maker, but I don’t use the coffee maker. You have to go through 2 lobbies, 2 elevators to get to your room. Again, just mediocre. "

"We had an interesting situation involving a drunk woman (it was St. Pattys day weekend). The staff was very alert and quick to handle it. Security made us feel more at ease. Only negative I have is that after the incident, we moved rooms, and upon doing so, the woman at front desk never asked for my ID? She just handed me keys. Big no no in the hotel industry. Overall good service, housekeeping did a great job, and the bar area is amazing. Very convenient "

"The room was extremely small. The king sized bed was the entire width of the room, and it was situated with one side up against the window and the top and bottom were against the walls. This left only one side of the bed available for use. If 2 people are in the bed and someone needs to use the bathroom in the night they will have to crawl across the other person. The bed was kind of uncomfortable as well, though I admit I am pretty picky and prefer a soft bed. There were a lot of common areas...

"This property is one of the nicest Hampton Inn’s I’ve ever stayed at.
