"Super convenient Copenhagen airport location, a short walk after exiting security. After a long weary flight and arriving after midnight, the friendly and welcoming front desk got us quickly checked in we were comfortably in our beds in minutes. Delicious huge breakfast buffets, good amenities. We stayed during an overnight layover, refreshed and ready for the next long leg of flying."

"Very small room, was stuffy inside, no AC, the fan that was provided at the front desk was useless, with open window still was not able to breath inside. We have stayed only couple hours, will not want to come back and sleep the entire night in the stuffy room. The bathroom toilet buttons were coming off after you push it, the shower is getting clogged if one person goes after the other, have to wait for the water to slowly go down the drain. For the price paid I think there are much better...

"There was no safe, no wardrobe and also no fridge in the room. Pretty poor for a 4-Star location. Kitchen closes at 9pm .. and after that you don’t get anything warm to eat."

"Hotel was very basic, bed was ok but far from the most comfortable. But, I didn’t book it for luxury, I booked it for a cheap room. The breakfast was mediocre at best, definitely not worth getting at about £18 a head for some bread, half a cup of coffee and a few slices of cheap ham."

"This a beautifully designed hotel, but they seem to get some of the basics wrong. We have stayed over for 1 night for the last 3 years - but this will be the last time.
The first year was very good - the rooftop bar was a nice bonus to our stay,
The second visit, the restaurant was disappointing. My wife ordered a Caesar salad which consisted of 99% salad (no chicken, no cheese, etc.). How difficult is it to make a normal Caesar salad?
Our most recent visit, we arrived off a long, fraught...
