"The Pinnacle Suite was amazing! Our kids had their own space and so did we! It has a cozy, modern update that makes it feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant next door had a great dinner with extremely friendly staff (this was a great perk since most food places were closed mid October). The view from the room was also amazing!"

"Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!"

"Great location right in Portree. Good food in the restaurant and there are many other restaurants within walking distance. Our room was right at the front of the hotel and there was some noise in the square but it did not bother us and I am a very light sleeper. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Travelled with family. Room accommodated 3 adults with room to spare. "

"Hame Hotel is in Dunvegan, so it's a bit out of the way from Portree (where most people stay). That turned out to be a blessing - our area was quiet, free from traffic, and still convenient to many sights like the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery, Dunvegan Castle, and the Three Chimneys restaurant. By contrast, Portree was a nonstop traffic jam, even in September. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was filling and tasty. We didn't have dinner at the hotel because we failed to make a...
