"The room's air did not work. It was 82 degrees in the room. The staff stated someone would fix it, but that did not happen. The staff were nice, but no more rooms with 2 beds available. There is a $45 per night extra charge that was not noted when I prepaid for the room and did not find out until checkout. Building is under some construction, so it is a work in progress not known when this hotel was booked."

"This place was really about location. And it's located in the heart. Very walkable distance to all the Broadway shows, good restaurants, & Central Park. Nothing much to the room. There was a bed & a tiny closet.No coffee pot/tea & we had no view of anything except a wall. The room was freezing when we entered- 50 degrees.It was so uncomfortable that I had to walk in & out of room waiting for it to warm up. The staff was friendly & responsive to any questions and concerns. I loved that they have a later check-out (12:00pm) They also stored our luggage after check-out because our flight didn't leave until 5:00pm. Small hotel with only 2 elevators..Cute restaurant next door. Would definitely stay again for the price and location. "

"This was a no frills hotel stay in an aging, worn facility but room for as clean and quiet."

"Property is under construction which impacted lobby. Elevator use was terrible … not efficient and not adequate for the great number of guests. We had to use stairs To go down to lobby from 11 th floor twice during a 1 night stay! Although great location I would not return due to the poor crowd management and elevators!"
