"Very old and outdated! They dont even have an elevator! Paper thin walls, creaking floor, dirty lobby. Stay at your own risk!"

"When I got there there was garbage in the room, a used towel on the floor, and the sink and lower mirror were dirty. The manager told me they'd just installed one of the cabinets... but not excuse for dirty sink and towel. Outside the room, was a bucket and mop (these were clean, but could've been moved to side. Right across from my room/above stairs were about a dozen old cigarettes and further bits of garbage. It should be noted they were doing construction in various parts of the hotel, but the little stashes of cigarettes and garbage were not just unsightly, they stunk. Hopefully they do better for guests in the future."

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Expected free breakfast, but had to pay $18. Breakfast selection could have been better. No yogurt. No fresh fruit. I asked if they had some fruit and they brought some out."

"The room we were in had just been painted (lots of fumes), there was no hot water in the shower (tried for 20 …yet there was hot water in the bathroom sink), and the insecticide fumes in the hallway were so strong. The size of the room was nice. We were able to switch to another room the next day. Very thankful for that."

"The hotel is in a nice location, but I will list the reasons why I will NOT be staying here again: * Bathrooms are very nice but the showers are insanely loud and if your neighbor turns theirs on or flushes a toilet be prepared to wake up. It is astonishing at how loud the pipes are. * As you check in you are told that you can order room service, but there are no menus in your room. Not even a QR code to access the menu. *The rooms are very small. * COACKROACHES in the pool area! I saw at least 20 in the one hour that I was out there (I addressed this with staff). * My two complimentary water bottles had the seal broken and one was missing water. Not sure if they are just being refilled (I addressed this with staff)."
