Old property - old furniture and appliances. Dishes were dirty and sticky. Dirty hot tub and the AC was only in the bedroom and it was leaking. The rest of the apartment was humid and not suitable to stay in or cook.

Es amplio, cómodo, buena ubicación. No me gustó q no haya personal en el hotel, lo atienden desde otro hotel q está a una cuadra. Los muebles están medios viejitos, la cama no es del todo confortable. El tele de la pieza no anda y la vajilla es muy poca.

Me gusto el tamaño de la habitación y la pileta. La habitación y el edificio le falta mantenimiento. Cortinas sucias, muebles deteriorados, pocos utensilios, no había elementos de limpieza. No hay nadie en recepción y solo te dan una llave para el ingreso del edificio, con lo cual si se alojan mas de una persona tienen que esperar a que venga la /el que se llevo la llave. Nos quedamos en el ascensor y no teníamos a quien avisar, por suerte otra persona que se hospedaba llamo a la recepción que esta a media cuadra. Decepcionante la relación entre la calidad, servicio y el costo. No lo recomiendo.

Muy buena la estadia en general. Pero hay pequeñas cosas de mantenimiento que da un aspecto descuidado, por ejemplo la fachada llena de telarañas o que la mesada del baño se mueva. Podrian tambien considerar renovar la blanqueria y las almohadas.

Apart Hotel Not good as I thought

Unfortunately, there was not a good experience as the kitchenette was not fully equipped and the WIFI service was very lousy. If corporate people let those apart-rooms they all need wifi a lot and there was no much going on there. The routers are definitely out of date and need refreshing..

No estaba preparada la habitación para 3 como habíamos pedido, ni la cama no los cubiertos o platos. la limpieza se notaba que se había hecho hace bastante tiempo, había mucha humedad y en el comedor, dónde está la tercer cama, no había blackout. Además faltaban cosas básicas como un simple rollo de cocina. Para el precio esperaba un poco más

Bueno pero podria ser mejor

La pileta estaba verde, servicio por el que pague y no pude utilizar. El hidro no funcionaba correctamente. Pagamos por 3 personas y todo era para dos, tuvimos que solicitar siempre el tercer juego de toallas.
