3 week rental in 2 bed 1st floor apartment.

We rented a two bed apartment for 3 weeks in February. The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. Our only complaint, apart from the exterior appearance, was that the bathroom would have that stale water smell sometimes, but that can be a common problem in Spain. The location is excellent, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Muy limpio y tranquilo

La habitación estaba muy bien equipada y me encantó que estuviera tan limpia y oliera tan bien. En limpieza le daria la máxima puntuación de todos mis viajes teniendo en cuenta las características de la estancia. Lo único que no me gusto fue la cama que el colchón sonaba muchísimo por poco que te movieras. No es incómodo pero si eres de moverte durmiendo te despiertas bastante con el ruido.

Location faite uniquement pour y dormir. Nous n'y avons pas vraiment vécu. L'appartement est vraiment sympa, spacieux et très propre. Peut être un peu bruyant en pleine saison.

Descontento.

Posiblemente la culpa sea mía y no eligiera un destino adecuado a mis expectativas. No se. La lona atada con bridas de plástico que te da la bienvenida ya avisa que el lugar no es el óptimo. Tener que bajarse una App para hacer el checkin y scanear a distancia mi DNI y hacerme una foto, no me pareció de recibo. No se quien manipula mis datos, mi imagen, mi documentación... eso debe ser advertido antes, no hubiera reservado de haberlo sabido. La ubicación lejos de todo tampoco ayuda a soslayar otros inconvenientes. Una nevera ruidosa que apagamos. Una caldera eléctrica para el agua caliente más ruidosa pero que no apagamos para tener agua caliente. Unas paredes de papel que me permitieron sufrir con mi vecino de su terrible noche con frecuentes visitas al baño acompañadas de música de viento y cisternas del WC descargadas. El lugar, digno, si. Pero para mi no vale, y reiteró que seguro que la equivocación fue mía.

Para mi fue perfecto

Partiendo de la base que fui con mi perrita, disponía de una terraza amplia para ella, aparte está a unos 600m de la playa y a 1000 de la playa natural, dónde puedes ir con el perro sin problemas. En el apartamento es bonito por dentro, bien cuidado y hay de todo, menaje completo. Dejo para el final que si acaso pongo una pega y es q no me gustan los colchones blandos y de muelles..

La ubicación muy tranquila, con vistas al campo de golf muy bonitas. La habitación muy grande y la cocina completa. La limpieza de mantas, colcha y el sofá podria mejorar. No hay recepción, pero me enviaron un wasap con todos los pasos a seguir y no tuve ningún problema.

Erst am Tage unserer Reise erfuhren wir, daß es keine Rezeption gibt. wir bekamen einen Code für die Eingangstür der nicht funktionierte. Es war spät abends. Erst als ein Gast zufällig aus der Anlage herauskam konnten wir die Anlage betreten. Der Code zum Apartment funktionierte. Im Internetangebot war eine Rezeption offen bis 23 Uhr zugesagt. Sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht.

Outdated and basic accommodation

I spent 5 nights with my wife and our Shih - Tzu we chose the apartment because they allowed pets. Living in Spain for the past ten years we were familiar with Roquetas de Mar and wanted to stay somewhere tranquil, away from the tourist hotels, these apartments suited our needs. and with a small pool in the complex seemed Ideal. How wrong we were! We were surround by families with young children and it was impossible to use the pool early evening as the families and noisy children took over the pool and surrounding area. The apartment itself was very dated and basic with no space on the kitchenette surface to prepare food and the lighting in the bathroom so dim it was impossible to see to even shave., The apartment had one good thing in it''s favour was the air conditioning which functioned perfectly. I personally would not recommend staying in these apartments unless you have a family of young children and like crowded plunge pools

Quiet location, excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. There is no check-in desk, we were sent access codes for the main gate and our room by WhatsApp ( which for us was no problem ) The room was very clean - with two exceptions, the top of the fridge was very dirty - to the point a previous guest had written in the dust / dirt " this is not clean"!! Also, on the terrace were some huge weeds. The building needs some tlc, but the pool area is lovely! The furniture is a little dated in the apartment, but clean and in good condition - one huge bug bear was the patio doors - they were incredibly difficult to open, very very stiff, and we could not lock them. It is an easy walk to get to the beach and paseo but unfortunately the area is very neglected re weeds and overgrown plants. Once on the paseo you can walk for miles, but the apartment location is very quiet, so for us it was ideal. The biggest compliment I can give is that we would definitely stay there again, despite a few niggles, it is very well equipped but if you want in hand reception staff it's not the place to stay ( although they are available by telephone )
