"Thank you for having a super early breakfast so we could feed the kids before Spooky Nook. "

"We were given a room with a banging noise. When we called to inquire as we couldn’t sleep, we were told it was a water pipe noise and that could not be stopped. The solution was to move us to another room to sleep. If another room had not been available, I’m not sure how we would have slept through the noise. This was definitely not worth the price (or any price)!"
