Over charged - by 3X
I was over charged by this hotel...charged for 3 nights when i only stayed one. Service was terrible...the entire time I was there, I never saw anyone at the front desk. food was not good either.

This hotel was exactly what we needed - a clean and safe place to stay in the area. We were only there for a quick overnight, so did not enjoy breakfast or utilize any of the amenities. Our room and the property as a whole were clean, the staff was friendly, and we felt very welcome and safe. Roosevelt is a cute town. The only thing we noticed not being available was USB ports in the rooms. Our own fault for not traveling with the outlet piece! I didn't ask at the front desk - they may have had some to lend. There were plenty of outlets, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and microwave and refrigerator in the room.

You have about two choices if you HAVE to stay in Roosevelt. Supposedly, this one is the better. Disorganized, and not the cleanest.

There were 4 couples traveling together. We had 4 rooms. We stayed 2 nights. 3 of three of the rooms were cleaned and new towels. My room was not cleaned and no new towels. Tried to contact the front desk, which was not maned by could not get an answer. Called the hotel on my cell and got an answer. Was told they only clean every third day and only bring towels on request. Guess it depends on the room.

Hotel was good, not outstanding.
The hotel was nice, however, I didn't think it was 9.2 rating nice. It was a good average hotel. I did think it was overpriced. Also, no one was wearing masks.

Clean, modern, pet friendly. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Cheap laundry facilities were convenient and in good shape. Spacious rooms, comfy bed. Pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to use them due to our short stay. Would definitely stay here again. The shell station down the street also has a EV charging station.

The beds are so-so comfortable!! The staff was helpful & friendly. While the breakfast wasn't " fancy", there was a great selection of items. The coffee was very good as well. Everything was clean, modern & pleasant. This was our second stay here, & we will be back when we visit relatives in the area.
