"Fine apartment, centrally located, comfortable enough bed. Had very minimal furnishings (one small lamp next to the bed, with blue light - awful for sleeping; one fan). The check in instructions/photos did not give the right instructions on how to find the lockbox, and I had a long back and forth with the host trying to find it. Because of the lockbox, I just did not feel safe in the space - like anyone else could also have the code and come into the flat."

"I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. "Great hotel in great location within a 5 minute walk of the Central train station. The room was very stylish with a very comfortable bed and a very powerful shower. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room along with two free large bottles of water and even an umbrella! The staff were very helpful from check in to check out even though I was only there for one night. The only thing missing was a safe in the room which I always find useful. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. All in all a great hotel and I would have no hesitation in staying here again."
