"My stay at the Taj Cape Town exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved my room. The bed was comfortable, every shower was invigorating and the bath tub was heaven. The staff take this hotel to an entirely different level. They are attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Primrose, in the restaurant, gave me a food hack/recommendation that changed how I will order breakfast from now on! I need to also call out Siba and Martha from the front desk. Siba was just an all around great help and Martha helped me resolve an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. She gave me so much calm and saved the start of my trip in a way that made me so grateful. The whole time, i truly felt that her goal was to make certain that i was ok. Bravo! "

"This was a family and child friendly hotel, the staff were lovely, helpful and very professional. The amenities were great, and the scenic views were stunning. I would recommend this for a comfy and close stay to the seafront!"

"Funky hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location is great, on cruise port edge of Waterfront. Our room was quiet and comfortable, after initial problems with the air con which were quickly fixed. Breakfast very good and 24 hour access to water taps. "
