"Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We met many people and had lovely conversations with other travelers during breakfast. A gem in Tuscany."

"I had construction noise wake me up every morning at 7am and when I pointed it out to property owner they told me nothing they can do out of their control. The construction was next door but right next to my window. I would have like an offer to change my room or at least prior info that construction going on next door …. 2 week stay here not one sleep in beyond 7am"

"Excellent place. Very large and had great AC. Bathroom had a large shower. The only issue was the AC unit was leaking and there was mold on the wall near it, but they immediately took care of it. Staff was great! Excellent location. Steps away from the David statue. Very safe! Would highly recommend."

"The location is absolutely perfect-very walkable and safe. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The description states “laundry facilities”, however they do NOT have facilities. They have a very pricey laundry service, we opted to walk less than 5 minutes down the street to do wash ourselves at a very reasonable laundry facility. There is no concierge, so you can’t count on anyone there to book anything for you."

"Amazing stay in a perfect location on the Arno River. You’re tucked nicely within walking distance between both the artisan shopping area to the south and the main tourist sites (Duomo, David, etc) to the north. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice bar/cafe, and a very cool rooftop. Overall, great value for the stay, we only wish the hotel guests got a little better deal on food/drinks at the lobby restaurant. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in town!"

"The staff were so sweet and very attentive! Gave us a tour, recommended nearby restaurants, and the housekeeping staff did turn down service and left extras without even asking. The small details make such a difference. For example, i had a book i was reading and was creasing the book pages, the housekeeper noticed and when i returned she had placed a new bookmark in the book for me with the hotel logo which was a sweet touch that wasnt expected. The hotel itself was very clean, beautiful...
