Excellence Suite
Nice room, good size, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Lacks storage space as only a wardrobe in the room. Rooms supposedly soundproof but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. People in the apartment above us were very noisy from approx 6:30am every morning with feet stomping, chair scraping on ...

Hotel Artemide
Breakfast was amazing, staff bent over backwards for us. Tv wasn’t working one evening, called desk & a staff member knocked on our door 5min later, fixed our problem in 5 min…. US could learn a bit about service from you guys …. Thank you!
