Giorgio really is the host everyone says he is -- a true & fantastic one-man operation (and younger than expected!). His hospitality was unmatched -- from checking us in to cooking our breakfast -- and we wished we could've stayed longer. 10/10 for us!

The best is Giorgio, he is excellent. the Rooms clean, modern, excellent condition, he prepared the breakfast for us, it was delicious!! we just stayed for 1 night and we would have been stay there longer.

This property is quite luxurious and modern in a fantastic central location and it’s housed in a beautiful historic building with all of its original charm and character intact. All the suites are brand new, modern, private, and quiet all while being located just across from the ancient Aurelian walls of central Rome.

This was an amazing BnB. The room & common areas are so clean & modern. We really appreciated all the assistance with recommendations for site seeing, food & even taxi service. Also this hotel has an elevator service which was a nice bonus. We felt very welcomed & enjoyed the hospitality, we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Via Veneto luxury suites was excellent. Our room was immaculate, and the hotel is close enough to the centre of Rome without all the hustle of being in the city centre. Our host Giorgio was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble him. I would give this venue 10/10 I highly recommend staying here.

The property was charming - not a cookie cutter chain. We had a great view of the Aurelian wall, and there were wild parrots in a tree outside our window, which opened for a lovely breeze. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The location was very convenient for walking to key points of interest. But the best part of our stay was the property manager, Giorgio. He was kind, engaging, informative, and professional. His communication was excellent throughout our stay and anytime we needed something, he responded quickly. For example, our train was cancelled due to a strike, and he jumped on the phone to help us sort it out. When my shopping bag tore as we were rushing to catch our cab, he swooped in with a reusable tote and helped me transfer the contents. He took time to sit with us at check-in and explained the area. His breakfasts were lovely, including his made-to-order eggs and espresso drinks. I wish we had gotten to try his family’s restaurant b/c if the level of hospitality was on par with Giorgio’s hotel management, then it’s sure to be a memorable experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

We felt welcome from the first moment we walked into the property. Giorgio greeted us every morning at breakfast, and even left us pastries in our room for the next morning (we had to leave super early to catch a flight). The room was spacious, and the shower was a welcome sight after a long day touring Rome. Highly recommend this property!

Giorgio was very attentive to every need. The room was gorgeous, large, clean, and comfortable! Breakfast was made to order, hot and fresh - fresh pastries, fresh cappuccino, fresh-squeezed orange juice. He gave us wonderful recommendations for where to eat. Complete with a map. He also told us things to look out for while in Rome. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

George was amazing. I’ve never had a host who was so excited to welcome us and provide a full detailing list of places in the city we must see. The location is perfect and it’s the best bathroom you will get in Rome.

Booked a trip for 6 nights, but they said showers and sinks weren’t working due to water issues after the first night stay. They relocated the next 5 nights to another facility with less amenities (smaller guest house without breakfast, must pay extra ) than what was paid for. Needless to say, it was a total disappointment for a 50th anniversary trip. Avoid booking here unless you want to risk paying more than what your going to get

What a gem this place was and what made it more amazing was the owner, Giorgio!!! From the start he greeted us with coffee and water, gave us a map and laid out all the sites. He made breakfast in morning and brought the best pastries. You have to ask him about his parents restaurant. Hands down best place we dined at entire trip. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We LOVED our stay! Giorgio is a fantastic host and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Just like a home away from home. What can I say our Host Giorgio was absolutely the best,his cappuccino/Espressos puts Starbucks to shame,he made breakfast with Love. Whatsapp was our primary means of communication and he would always respond ASAP.The location was close to everything,we downloaded the Freenow App for taxis and the property is close to all the main tourist attractions. Ask about his Families restaurant OMG the food the service man just take a trip and experience it for yourself. GIORGIO a big thank you.

It’s a bed and breakfast and I recognize some people might be looking for a more conventional hotel experience. For us, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Giorgio and Andrea were exceedingly friendly and gracious. The breakfast offerings were superb, and they offer a list of recommended restaurants that are not tourist traps. Just outstanding all the way around. 10/10 recommend!

This is not a hotel for everyone. It is on a floor of an apartment building in a fine location near a famous park. There are about 5 rooms and the host Jo Jo does everything. When we got there he offered us wonderful croissants. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous for our small group. It is a short little walk to the park or to Harry's Bar and a group of very good restaurants.

This property exceeded all the expectations that I could have possibly imagined. Georgio, the owner was simply AMAZING. He catered to our every need and whim. He helped with directions, suggestions to eat out, made breakfast, and made this stay a perfect touch for my ROME VACATION. The hotels interior is STUNNING & CLASSY. The room design and layout is just gorgeous. It was obvious that he put a lot of time and detail into this design and it is BEAUTIFUL !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL A MILLION TIMES AND THEN SOME !!! YOU MUST GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF !!! You will not regret it. Walking distance to sight seeing, restaurants, Big Red Bus, train station and shopping.

This place was AMAZING. Andrea and Giorgio also were incredible. They gave recommendations where to eat, a map, and just made me feel so welcome. The location of this hotel is also amazing. The you can walk 18-20 minutes through the park to one of the most beautiful views of Rome. My trip was short but when I return to Rome, I will be going here again.
